More squishy-old-man-faced pictures!!!

on Zephyr's 6th day out in the world, he had a professional photo shoot with a friend's sister. I snapped this pic on my camera. I can't wait to see the real results of the shoot!

Cousin Katherine and Aunt Melissa

She is so into babies!

We hung out in Mystery Nino, the softest nino ever!!!

Nanna stopped by for another cuddle

Goofy big eyes :)

Handsome Men!

He is so very alert. A really sweet easy baby :)

Daddy in Fire Fish Ringsling

The Murphy's came to visit on the weekend despite a huge snowstorm. Nora was so in love with the baby :) .

Tadgh, Doing the no-pants-dance and loving it!

Steph says she wants to try new things, but she's a reach-for-my-old-trusty-wraps kind of girl :)

Judah and daddy catching some cuddles in Colorgrown Green Indio :)

Snuggling after a big day in our borrowed Natural silk nino ringsling.

This babymoon has been wonderful.  A sweet baby really tops it off well.  This next week with Kyle home will be heaven.  I can’t wait to post more pictures.   Thanks for looking at our new sweet boy!

Dommy and Pappa

Babba, Zephyr's Last great Grandparent.

a tired and happy mamma

My dear sweet friends have been so supportive and loving of us and our newest babe :)

Big sister is really happy and loving :)

Big brother is excited, but a bit too busy being a big boy to stop for many pictures :)

happy enchanted daddy

He is a strong little guy! he's just 2 days old here :)

On his second day out, I wrapped Zephyr for his first time. This wrap is Zara Earth, an older narrower zara. A narrow wrap is much more manageable with a tiny baby. :)

I have been waiting for this moment since I first peed on a stick :)

He is the epitome of sweet easy baby :)

On thursday Kyle and the kids went to see Sesame street Live at the Fox theatre and had a blast.

Lion thought it was loud, but other than that he LOVED it!!

It was beautiful to see the pictures, I wish I could have come!

They slept the whole way home. :)

Nanna!

I love this picture of my mother kissing his little old man face.

Dommy visited today and saw Zeff wide awake :)

smiling :)

Dommy and her boys. :)

Kangaroo Front carry :)

Beautiful wrapping Moments are all I live for these days!! This little guy is so awake and alert so often!

Baby Boy Is Here!!!!

Welcome Zephyr Greene Morse!  Born 2:27 am February 14th, (yes, Valentines Day) 7lbs 1 oz, 18 in long.

A wonderful home birth, into the hands of his daddy.

he is so sweet

He is alert and fun for 2 hours at a time regularly

36 hours old :)

We have already had so many visitors, but everybody here is so tired, that I’m not up to posting much more now.

My new Camera has a rechargeable battery. . .

And It died in the beginning of Ann Arbor Babywearers this week!

So I just have a few pics like this!!!! No other wearing pics. It was quite a change not being able to photograph everyones progress.

Lots of little babies though!

We had a new amazing sitter start this week, as Lion has decided that he "Does not need to go to school anymore." His happiness level has improved. So has ours!

Here is a picture of all of the Ellevill wraps in my stash. Jade Deli le, and Jade Royal on the right, and Zaras aubergine, Earth and Forest on the left. This brand is amazing. The 2 weaves have 2 very different textures and feel very different when worn. Zaras are smoother and thinner, great in multi layer carries, and Jades are Thicker, with alot of bounce to them when you walk (I also call this "shock absorbant") the texture make them a wrap for the more advanced wrapper, as multiple passes can be hard to move around and across the bodies.

New rainbow jammies are bringing us all joy. :) I have been wearing Lion and pacing the house lately, hoping to kick start labor. :) Azure 55% linen is the perfect beast for the job!

I can still wear him for a good 20 mins. but not too much longer. . . .

My dear sweet wrapping friends Barb and Lauren took me to lunch yesterday as a way to get my mind off of still being pregnant. Neobulle Julie is so beautiful, and even though you can't see it in this pic, it matches Lauren's coat perfectly!

Thanks to all of my online and In Real Life friends and family for helping support me through these last few weeks of pregnancy.  It is an amazing journey, and I can’t wait to meet the result!!!!!

A quick week in review.

Ok I have been laboring on and off with this baby thinking it is going to make it’s appearance any day.  Some nights I’m pacing the house with contractions thinking “this is it!”  and some nights I go to bed not even expecting to wake in labor.  It is quite an emotional roller coaster.

I have had the luxury of enjoying my temp-traded wraps, as both children seem to want to be wrapped more often lately. This Natibaby Sweetplace with Cashmere is an amazing wrap, wide, yummy soft and supportive.

Lion brought me our old yummy floppy Natural Linen Indio and said "Mom can I go on your back in this one? This one was my favorite." :) We had the most wonderful snuggle. :)

Here is a shot showing how goofy a 9 months pregnant woman looks wearing 45 lb preschooler. :)

Kobalt-zimpt cotton indio is one of the most beautiful wraps!!! I love the blues and oranges together. This carry is half a Regular ruck tied in front, and half a back wrap cross carry with ruck straps :) It was a comfy double layer carry! I don't think Judah likes a full BWCC with 3 passes across her.

Love these sweet kids! The Wrapping gives me a chance to hold them, even though I cant really pick them up with my arms anymore. Lion is even having trouble sitting on my lap now, which may account for his asking to be worn more.

Sara and Simone having a snuggle in Hemp Honeywrap Bloodorange

We said goodbye to our sweet babysitters , we wish them well on their travels!

Judah is getting really good at posing for the camera. :)

Example B

At the saturday Ann Arbor Babywearers Meeting for January, Kyle wore Judah in Anna Storchenweige ringsling. Judah has been napping often in the morning. Its a nice change of pace :)

I hope Lauren will trade us for this amazing wrap. All 4 of us are in love with its wrapping qualities. :)

Hopefully I won’t be pregnant too much longer!  Today I am 38 weeks, and both Lion and Judah were born at 37 weeks.  Pre-Labors are a psych out!!!  I am getting very ready to meet the newest member of our family and find out all about them.  Sleeping has practically become impossible, a sure sign of impending birth.
